Abstract :Aim: The aim of this study is to determine the self-confidence regarding baby care of the fathers who have their first babies, and affecting factors.Methods: This cross sectional study was conducted with 120 fathers living in the same county during March-May 2015. The data of the study was collected with a questionnaire including the Pharis Self-Confidence Scale and questions on the socio-demographic status of the fathers.
