Abstract :Hemodialysis is life saving for patients with chronic renal failure, and vascular access significantly affects quality of life of individuals. As the duration of the use of arteriovenous fistula increases, the variety of complications also rises. Although autologous vascular grafts are used in the first order, recently, as a last option, the number of patients with synthetic grafts has increased. Nearly all the patients with chronic renal failure experience late term complications of arteriovenous fistula operations for hemodialysis. In this report we present two different surgical treatment techniques for the treatment of pseudoaneurysms at two different localizations which occurred secondary to multiple punctures.
