Abstract :The main goal in the treatment of diabetes is that the blood sugar levels of individuals with Type 2 Diabetes are the glycemic values closest to blood sugar levels normoglycemia possible for people without diabetes. However, there are difficulties in achieving and sustaining this. Hypoglycemia and hyperglycemia, which are usually experienced during this period, are less well-observed and are noticed. However, recent studies show that there is an important problem in both cases. Nursing has a key function both in enlightening the problems of hypoglycemia and hyperglycemia and enabling individuals to be aware of possible risks and complications of this disease. The purpose of the article in this framework is to demonstrate the importance of maintaining normoglycemia in adult individuals diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes
