Differences between degrees of willingness in terms of doctor’s characteristics visa type, gender, age, certificate, annual income are evaluated with ANOVA and t-tests. Results: Most of the expatriate physicians responded positively to spend time in Turkey on a regular basis 61,7% for trainingresearch and 46,8% for clinical work in 3 years; 21,3% for training research? repeated , 34,0% for clinical work in 3-10 years . 23,4% of doctors stated a relocation to Turkey in 3 years and 23,4% in 3-10 years. The physician groups with H1B, green card, male gender, older, USA resident since childhood and higher income level were observed in higher willingness degree for regular clinical work or training-research visits to Turkey. Subjects in priority for physicians to relocate to Turkey permanently were linked to professional development issues as research opportunities, institutional environment, financial supports for research initiatives.
