Abstract :Bu kitap, AtatürkÜniversitesi, Edebiyat Fakültesi, Felsefe Bölümü'nde görev yapan Kutsi Kahveci'nin doktora tezi çalışmasıdır. Eser, giriş kısmının ardından iki bölüme ayrılır. Yazar, ilk bölümde Leibniz'in denemelerinden hareketle mantık anlayışını incelemiştir. İkinci bölümde ise Leibniz'in bilgi teorisi ele alınmıştır. Yazar, eserin önsözünde çalışmasının Türkiye'de az sayıdaki mantık ve felsefe araştırmalarına yeni bir takım katkı sağlayacağı inancında olduğunu belirtmiştir.
