Abstract :Hemodiyaliz hemşireleri, zor çalışma koşullarında ve kronik hastalıklı, takibi zor hasta grubuyla çalışır. Hemşireler, gerek çalışma koşulları, gerek hasta ve kendilerinden kaynaklanan stresörlerden dolayı sıklıkla tükenmişlik sendromu yaşayabilmektedirler. Bu derleme makalede, hemodiyaliz hemşirelerinde tükenmişlik durumlarını inceleyen literatür eşliğinde, tükenmişlik sendromunun nedenleri, çıktıları ve önleme koşulları tartışılmaktadır. Derleme makale bu yönü ile hemodiyaliz hemşirelerinin tükenmişlik sendromundan korunmaları ve ekip arkadaşları tarafından daha iyi anlaşılabilmeleri için literatüre katkı sağlayacaktır. Nurses are often able to experience burnout syndrome because of stressors from patients and themselves and their working conditions. In this review article, the causes of burnout syndrome, output and prevention conditions are discussed in the context of the literature reviewing burnout cases in hemodialysis nurses. This review article will help the hemodialysis nurses to protect themselves from the burnout syndrome and contribute to the literature so that they can be better understood by their teammates.
