Abstract :Akut koroner sendrom hayatı tehdit eden bir hastalık grubu olduğu için erken tanınması ve tedavi edilmesi önemlidir. Bu sendromda acil servislere başta göğüs ağrısı olmak üzere birçok ek semptom nedeniyle başvuru olmaktadır. Biz bu yazımızda, acil servisimize ateş nedeniyle başvuran ve akut koroner sendrom tanısı konulan hastayı değerlendireceğiz. Akut koroner sendromun atipik prezentasyonları nedeniyle gizli kalan ve atlanarak evine gönderilen hasta sayısı azımsanmayacak düzeydedir. Bu noktada acil servis hekimleri çok dikkatli olmalıdırlar.
