Anahtar kelimeler: Myastenia gravis; Nöromüsküler monitörizasyon, TOF ABSTRACT Myasthenia gravis is an autoimmune neuromuscular disorder which can lead to respiratory failure so it is very important for anesthetists. Myasthenia gravis is the most common neuromuscular junction disease and the myasthenia patients have increased sensitivity to non-depolarizing muscle relaxant agents. However if adequate preoperative and postoperative neuromuscular transmission monitoring is done general anesthesia can be performed safely. The aim of the study is tore view general anesthesia management of a patient with myasthenia gravis who is under going general anesthesia for spondylolisthesis. Key words: Myasthenia gravis; Neuromuscular monitoring, TOF
