Abstract :Minör tükürük bezi tümörleri genellikle benign karakterdedir ve en sık olarak pleomorfik adenom görülmektedir. Minör tükürük bezi tümörleri çoğunlukla sert ve yumuşak damakta izlenmektedir. Bukkal mukoza tutulumu nadir görülmektedir. Ayırıc tanısına diğer tükürük bezi tümörleri girmek- tedir. Tedavisi temiz cerrahi sınırlarla total eksizyondur. Bu makalede bukkal mukoza yerleşimli pleomorfik adenom olgusunun tanı, tedavi ve takip aşamaları güncel literatür bilgileri ışığında su- nuldu. Anahtar kelimeler: Bukkal mukoza; Minör tükürük bezi; Pleomorfik adenom ABSTRACT Neoplasms of the minor salivary glands are commonly benign tumors and pleomorphic adenoma (PA) is the most common tumor of the salivary gland. The hard and soft palate are the most common sites of PA of the minor salivary glands. PA of the buccal minor salivary gland is seen rarely. A differential diagnosis consists of ruling out other salivary gland tumors. The typical treatment for PA is complete excision with clear surgical margins. Herein, we report the diagnosis, treatment and follow-up in process of a case PA of minor salivary glands in buccal mucosa and reviewed the relevant literature.
