Abstract :Minör tükürük bezi tümörleri genellikle benign karakterdedir ve en sık olarak pleomorfik adenom görülmektedir. Minör tükürük bezi tümörleri çoğunlukla sert ve yumuşak damakta izlenmektedir. Bukkal mukoza tutulumu nadir görülmektedir.Ayırıc tanısına diğer tükürük bezi tümörleri girmektedir. Tedavisi temiz cerrahi sınırlarla total eksizyondur. Bu makalede bukkal mukoza yerleşimli pleomorfik adenom olgusunun tanı,tedavi ve takip aşamaları güncel literatür bilgileri ışığında sunuldu.
