Abstract :ÖZET İntestinal intramural hematom genellikle warfarin kullanımına bağlı olarak gelişir. Nadir bir akut batın sebebidir. İskeminin şiddetine göre konservatif veya cerrahi tedavi uygulanabilir. Bu olgu sunumunda karın ağrısı nedeni ile acil servise başvuran ve warfarin kullanımına bağlı intestinal intramural hematom gelişen hastayı sunmayı amaçladık. Anahtar Kelimeler: Intramural Hematom; İnce Barsak. ; Warfarin ABSTRACT Intestinal intramural hematoma usually develops due to the use of warfarin. It is a rare cause of acute abdomen. Depending on the severity of ischemia, conservative or surgical treatment may be performed. In this case report, we present a patient who presented to the emergency department with abdominal pain and developed intestinal intramural hematoma due to warfarin use.
