Abstract :Hodgkin lenfomanın (HL) intratorasik en yaygın görülme şekli, trakeobronşiyal ve mediastinal lenf nodlarının tutulumudur. Akciğerde kavite oluşumu yaygın değildir. Bu yazıda, akciğerde kaviter lezyonları olan 29 yaşında erkek hasta sunulmaktadır. Hasta tetkikler sonucunda HL tanısı almıştır. HL’ da kaviter akciğer lezyonları nadir olmasına rağmen ayırıcı tanıda yer alması gerektiğini düşünüyoruz.
