Abstract :Hastalar ölümcül olabilecek bazı yaralanmaları, bazen şans eseri önemsiz sayılabilecek hasarlarla atlatabilmektedir. Kırk yaşında erkek hasta, acil servisimize ateşli silah yaralanması nedeniyle getirildi. Hastada ciddi bir yaralanma tespit edilemedi. Kurşunun izlediği yol nedeniyle hastamız şanslıydı.
