Abstract :Üst ekstremite tıkayıcı arter hastalığında etiyolojide çeşitli faktörler rol oynamaktadır. Ateroskleroza bağlı arteriyel tromboz görülme sıklığı %10-30 iken, bu oran embolilerde % 80 civarındadır. Gerek aterosklerozun üst ekstremitede daha az görülmesi, gerekse kollaterallerin yaygınlığı, üst ekstremite arteriyel hastalıklarda semptomlar alt ekstremiteden daha hafif seyretmesine sebeb olmaktadır. Etyolojide çeşitli faktörler rol oynamasına rağmen tedavi seçenekleri sınırlıdır. Bu çalışmamızda üst ekstremitenin kronik arteryel oklüzyonu nedeniyle kiniğimize gelen ve opere ettiğimiz olguyu sunduk.
