Abstract :Abstract. A comprehensive conceptual framework has been proposed in this study to investigate the connection between the total quality management and innovation. In order to clarify the gaps of this study, a wide-range literature have been reviewed in different dimensions of TQM. Initially, this study proposes that the exterior and interior environment will influenced the implementation of TQM approaches. Then, a developed model of TQM performed is then reflected in terms of several outcomes depending to innovation performances.
