Abstract :5271 Sayılı Ceza Muhakemesi Kanununun 109, 110, 111, 112, 113, 114 ve 115 nci maddeleri yeni olup, koruma tedbirlerinden birisi olan “Adli Kontrol” kurumunu hükme bağlamaktadır. Tutuklamanın bir türevi olan adli kontrol’un ana amacı, tutuklamanın ağır sonuçlarını ortadan kaldırmaktır. Uygulama sonuçları ve yargılama mercilerinin kararları konuya açıklık getirecektir
