Abstract :Keratokistik Odontojenik Tümör yüksek nüks oranı ile ağız boşluğunda meydana gelen bir lezyondur. Bu lezyonun çeneyi etkileyen diğer lezyonları taklit etme yeteneği vardır. Tümör çeşitli klinik ve radyografik şekillerde belirir. Bu makalede, bir gömülü diş ile ilişkili ve alışılmadık bir radyolojik görüntü ile prezente olan, sağ alt çenede asemptomatik bir şişlik ile başvuran 45 yaşındaki erkek hasta olgusu sunuldu.
