Abstract :Sunnet tum dunyada yapilan en yaygin cerrahi islemlerden biridir. Sunnet cok basit bir islemdir. Fakat bu islem eger deyimsiz kisiler tarafindan yapilrsa glans kaybi gibi cok ciddi komplikasyonlari olabilir. We sunnet sonrasi olusan bir glans kaybi olgusunu sunduk.
