Abstract :Datura stramonium belladona alkaloid ailesinin bir üyesi olan hallüsinojenik bir bitkidir Yüksek doz alınması durumunda görsel ve işitsel hallüsinasyonlar, ajitasyon ve deliryuma sebep olabilir. Bu yazıda, acil servise psikiyatrik semptomlarla getirilen ve Datura stramonium zehirlenmesi tanısı konulan 37 yaşında bayan bir hastayı sunuyoruz.
