Abstract :Pilonidal sinüs detaylı bir fizik muayene ile ancak saptanabilen, çoğu zaman semptomları silik, basit ve gözden kaçabilen bir enfeksiyon odağıdır. Pilonidal sinüs lokal ve çoğu zaman cilt-cilt altına sınırlı bir enfeksiyon olduğundan dolayı nadiren sistemik semptomlara neden olur. Bu olgu sunumunda acil servise bulantı, kusma, karın ağrısı şikayetleri ile başvuran ve detaylı fizik muayene sonucu enfeksiyon odağı olarak abse formasyonu gelişmiş pilonidal sinüsün saptandığı 34 yaşında bir DKA olgusu sunulacaktır.
