Abstract :In 1915, during the most difficult days of the First World War for the Ottoman Empire, the problem of goods left behind by the forced migration of Armenians who were Ottoman citizens, is one of the most controversial issues especially in the western world. From a political point of view, it is not out of sight that a heated debate has been created in the Armenian diaspora to get the goods claimed to belong to the Armenians or the price of these goods back from Turkey. It is seen that the subject called “Abandoned Properties” has become the focus of a much more current discussion, especially the agricultural products left from the Armenians who went from the agricultural business and the regulations on the areas where agricultural products are grown.
