Abstract :Since it began using the seas as a means of transportation, economic, political and social life has been one of the vehicles and in giving directions. Prevention of major sea trade routes in the world transportation drag the whole world is as important as an economic crisis. Marine areas, due to the geographical size of supervision are not possible in accordance with their importance. For this reason, the seas bear the burden of world trade, the illegal activities has become an environment characterized by intense. Be able to measure the most important concern without interrupting business flow. Control of the state for the provision of maritime security capabilities, you will not be achieved by just how difficult a task.
