Abstract :Üriner sistemde taslar renal, üreterik, mesane ve üretra gibi degisik lokalizasyonlarda görülebilir. Üreter tasları genellikle tek ve 2 cm den küçük taslardır. Nadir olarak dev üreter taslarına rastlanılmaktadır. Biz de sol üreterde 10 cm uzunlugunda dev üreter tası olan olguyu görüntüleme bulguları ile sunduk. Sol yan agrısı nedeni ile hastanemize basvuran 28 yasındaki erkek hastanın, çekilen direkt üriner sistem grafisi ve intravenöz ürografi ile sol üreterde yaklasık 10 cm uzunlugunda tas oldugu görüldü. Hastaya açık üreterolitotomi gerçeklestirilip tas çıkarıldı. Cerrahi ile alınan tasın uzun çapı 10 cm ölçüldü. Dev üreter tası tespit edilen olgularda tasın lokalizasyonu, böbrek fonksiyonlarını, obstrüksiyonun derecesini, olayın akut mu yoksa kronik mi oldugunu ve altta yatan baska bir patolojinin olup olmadıgını belirlemek için görüntüleme yöntemleri önem tasımaktadır.
