Abstract :Ekzema herpetikum, daha önce mevcut olan bir deri hastalığı üzerinde gelişen derinin dissemine herpes simpleks virus enfeksiyonudur. Hastalık nadiren hayatı tehdit edicidir ve sıklıkla herpes simpleks tip 1 ve 2 nedeniyle meydana gelir. Burada dört yaşında ekzema herpetikumlu bir çocuk olgu sunduk ve hastalığın klinik özellikleri, etiyolojisi ve tedavisini tartıştık.
