Abstract :Rotavirus infant ve küçük çocuklarda ağır gastroenteritin en sık nedenidir. Bağışıklığı baskılanmış çocuklarda rotavirus gastroenteritinin klinik seyrine ait bildiriler az sayıdadır. Biz, bu raporda akut miyeloblastik lösemi tanısı ile izlediğimiz hayatı tehdit edici rotavirus gastroenteriti gelişen bir infant olguyu sunarak, son zamanlarda tavsiye edilen Rotavirüs aşısına dikkat çekmek istedik.
