Abstract :Siyalolitiyazis tükürük bezinin veya boşaltıcı kanalının kalkulus ile tıkanmasıdır. Etkilenen bezde şişlik, ağrı ve enfeksiyon görülür. En sık sırasıyla submandibular bezde, parotis bezinde, sublingual bezde ve minör tükürük bezlerinde görülür. Tedavi takipten, bezin total eksizyonuna kadar geniş bir seçenek içerir. Bu yazımızda parotis bezinde taş tanısı ile daha önce başarısız minimal invaziv cerrahi tedavi yapılmış hastamız sunuldu. Hastaya yüzeyel parotidektomi yaptık. Parotis bezinin proksimal duktusuna yerleşmiş taş saptadık. Hastanın postoperatif takiplerinde herhangi bir problemle karşılaşmadık.
