Abstract :This study aims to assess the impact of Türkiye\\\'s economic performance on environmental sustainability using annual data for the period 1990-2023. The main motivation of the study is how the Macroeconomic Stability Index for Türkiye, which of calculate using multiple economic dynamics, shapes carbon dioxide emissions. As a methodology, the ARDL (Autoregressive Distributed Lag Bound Test) bounds test developed by Peseran, Shin and Smith (2001), which allows us to see the relationship between variables in both the short and long run, is used. The results of the analysis show that there is a long-run cointegration relationship between all variables. The main findings reveal that macroeconomic stability in Türkiye reduced carbon dioxide emissions in the period in question. These main findings from the analyses emphasise that Türkiye\\\'s long-term economic plans are integrated with the principles of environmental sustainability and that these two objectives are complementary to each other. Keywords : Çevresel Sürdürülebilirlik, ARDL Sınır Testi, EKC Hipotezi, Türkiye
