Abstract :The present study uses bibliometric analysis to conduct a comprehensive systematic review of 73 articles published between 2010 and 2024 in personal health monitoring technologies to identify key publication trends, influential contributions and emerging directions. Accordingly, three major conceptual clusters have been identified: (1) Self-Quantification and Psychological Impacts, (2) Technology Acceptance and Continued Use of mHealth Applications, and (3) Smart Wearables and Remote Health Monitoring. Prominent themes in the field include self-tracking, mHealth, wearable devices, remote monitoring, user acceptance, privacy and trust, and behavioral health outcomes. These findings provide valuable insights into how personal health monitoring technologies have evolved and which research areas demand further scholarly attention.
