Abstract :frequency discriminator based on single-mode TE01δ operation of the dielectric resonator and a hybrid ring and temperature coefficient measurements for the center frequency of the discriminator characteristic. The designed circuit has high temperature stability and the reduction in physical size and cost of manufacturing is substantial when compared to the waveguide and cavity version. Theoretical analysis and experimental results of the S-curve characteristics of the designed circuit are also presented
