Abstract :Bu çalışmada P . aeruginosa’nın dirençli olduğu dezenfektanların saptanması amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla TS EN 1276:1997 yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Deneme organizması olarak P. aeruginosa ATCC 27853, Esherichia coli ATCC 29998, Staphylococcusa aureus ATCC 6538 P kullanılmıştır. Kullanılan dezenfektanlar ise; kuaterner amonyum bileşikleri, klorhegzidinglukonat, sodyum hipoklorürdür. P.aeruginosa’yı diğer bakterilerle kıyasladığımızda kuaterner amonyum bileşikleri ve klorhegzidinglukonata karşı dirençli olduğu bulunmuştur.
