Abstract :Posterior üretral valv (PUV) erkek infantlarda alt üriner traktüste idrar akımında obstrüksiyon yaratan nedenlerden en sık görülenidir. İki aylık antenatal hidronefroz nedeni ile izlenen erkek olgu PUV tanısı almış, cerrahi uygulanmış ve takip edilmektedir. PUV erken tanı ve hızlı tedavi ile iyi yönetilebilen ancak buna rağmen sekellerle seyredebilen, uzun süreli izlem gerektiren bir hastalık olduğu için akılda tutulmalıdır.
