Abstract :Koristom embriyolojik anomalilerden sayılmaktadır ve nadiren baş boyun lokalizasyonunda izlenmektedir. Kondroid koristom matür hyalen kıkırdaktan oluşur ve dilde görülmesi oldukça enderdir. Bu olgu sunumunda dilde papillom öntanısı ile eksize edilen ve patolojik inceleme sonucunda kondroid koristom tanısı alan hasta, mevcut literatür bilgileri ışığında tartışılmıştır.
