Abstract :This research base on five male and five female, so totally ten Rattus norvegicus (Norway rat) samples, which were observed in laboratory between October 2011 and May 2012  through 218 days. All samples were captured in inhabited localities at the town center of Kütahya. Nutritional behavior characteristics at laboratory were recorded for this species. For this purpose, 86 types of food have been tried. 74 types of food have been eaten, 12 types of food haven't been eaten
