Abstract :Oral rehabilitasyon için dental implantların kullanımı günümüz diş hekimliğinde rutin bir tedavi yöntemi haline gelmiştir. Literatürde dental implantların maksiller sinüse yer değiştirmesi nadir olarak rapor edilmiştir. Bu komplikasyonun tedavisi implantın cerrahi olarak çıkartılmasıdır. Maksiller sinüse yer değiştiren implantların alınması için Caldwell-Luc yaklaşımı tercih edilmektedir. Bu tekniğin lokal anestezi altında uygulanması ve cerrahi sahanın doğrudan görülmesi en büyük avantajıdır
