Abstract :Inme sonrasi nöbetler genellikle jeneralize tipte olup kolay kontrol altina alinirlar. Gabapentin parsiyel nöbetlerde sik kullanilan ekleme tedavi seçenegi olmakla birlikte bizim olgumuzda oldugu gibi jeneralize ve dirençli nöbetlerde bir seçenek olabilir. Bir anti-epileptik ilaç olarak Gabapentin’in güvenli olmasi, yan etkilerinin azligi ve etkinligi ile ilaca dirençli jeneralize epilepsilerde dahi ekleme tedavide bir seçenek olabilecegi hatirlanmalidir.
