Abstract :Genel anestezi altında yapılan göz dışı cerrahiler sonrası oküler komplikasyon gelişimi nadirdir. Bu komplikasyonlar, genellikle cerrahi sırasında travma veya gözün kapatılmamasına bağlı olarak gelişmektedir. Göz dışı ameliyatlar sonrası subkonjunktival hemoraji gelişimi ise oldukça nadirdir. Biz bu olgu sunumunda 15 yaşında genç bayan hastada genel anestezi altında submandibular sialosel eksizyonu sonrası gelişen bilateral subkonjunktival hemorajiyi rapor ettik
