Abstract :Servikal bölgede spontan gelişen vertebra osteomyeliti olgusunu sunmaya amaçladık. Servikal vertebra osteomyeliti en sık hematojen yayılım ile görülürken daha az olarak spontan, cerrahi operasyon sonrası, travmatik olarakda görülebilir. Servikal vertebra osteomyelitin tanısı ve tedavisinin geciktirilmesi durumunda ciddi nörolojik problemler ortaya çıkabilir. Tanı konulduğunda immobilizasyon ve intravenöz antibiyotik tedavisine başlanılmalı veya nörolojik defisit, spinal deformite varsa cerrahi müdahalede bu tedaviye eklenilmelidir
