Abstract :Gastrointestinal lipomlar selim, yavaş büyüyen, mukoza altından kaynaklanan tümörlerdir. En sık yerleşim yerleri kolon olup, midede daha az sıklıkla görülürler. Mide lipomlarından küçük olanları sıklıkla asemptomatik olup, özellikle büyük boyutlu olanlar tıkanma, invajinasyon ve masif kanamalara neden olabilirler. Masif üst gastrointestinal sistem kanamasına neden olan bir mide lipomu vakasını sunduk ve literatür ışığında inceledik
