Abstract :Vajinal obstürüksiyona bağlı hematometrokolpos başlıca imperfore himene sekonder görülür. İnfant döneminde görülene hidrokolpos denilmektedir. Hastalar genellikle tekrarlayan pelvik ağrı, menstürüasyonda gecikme ve özellikle de pelvik kitle nedeniyle sağlık merkezlerine başvururlar. Ultrasonografi en önemli diagnostik tanı yöntemidir
