Abstract :Berrak hücreli akantom (BHA), nadir görülen epidermal kökenli benign bir tümör olup oldukça tipik klinik ve histopatolojik özelliklere sahiptir. Bu makalede 59 yaşındaki BHA tanılı erkek hasta olgu olarak sunulmaktadır
