Abstract :Lipomlar benign, enkapsüle, mezenşimal neoplazmlar olup, matür yağ hücrelerinden kökenalırlar. Sıklıkla sırt, omuz ve abdomende izlenir. Genellikle subkutan dokuda yerleşir ve çevredokulara infiltrasyon göstermezler. Lipomların %15’ ten azı baş boyun bölgesi yerleşimlidir.Baş boyun yerleşiminde, sıklıkla posterior servikal üçgende prezente oldukları görülür. Dahanadir olarak anterior boyun, oral kavite, parotid gland ve infratemporal fossada görülmektedirlerBu makalede büyük boyutlara ulaşmış servikal lipom olguları sunulmuş ve literatür eşliğindetartışılmıştır
