Abstract :Bu çalışmada, inşaat sektörü iş gücü profili 1. Derece Deprem Bölgesinde yer alan Düzce örneğinde çok yönlü olarak incelenmiş ve sektör çalışanlarının genel profilleri işçi ve teknik eleman bazında anket çalışmasıyla tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlar değerlendirilerek inşaat sektörü iş gücü profili açısından öne çıkan sorunlar ve bu sorunların çözümü için yapılabilecek çalışmalar ile ilgili önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
