Abstract :Psikolojik taciz, bir örgütsel nevrozdur. Psikolojik tacizin amacı, kurbanı saldırganın iradesine bağımlı hale getirmesi ve kişiliğini tartışmasız kabul etmesi suretiyle örgüt içinde huzursuz bir ortam yaratarak mağdurun işten ayrılmasını sağlamaktır. Psikolojik tacizin meydana gelmesinde bireysel ve örgütsel nedenler rol oynar. Psikolojik taciz, dünyada birçok sektörde rastlanılan, mağduru fiziksel ve psikolojik olarak etkileyen, verimliliğin azalması ve işten çıkma gibi nedenlerle örgütlere zarar veren bir nevroz durumudur
