Abstract :OBJECTIVE: This study aims to analyze postgraduate theses on fibromyalgia conducted in Türkiye in terms of their thematic and methodological characteristics. MATERIALS and METHODS: In the National Thesis Database (Ulusal Tez Merkezi), postgraduate theses containing the keyword ‘fibromiyalji’ were found through an index search and examined independently by two researchers. As these theses were analyzed using the document review method, ethics committee approval was not obtained. The study adheres to the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki. RESULTS: A total of 332 theses completed by October 2025 were evaluated. Of the theses examined, 59.9% were specialization in medicine, 28.6% were master’s theses, and 11.4% were doctoral theses. A total of 96% of the theses were accessible. When the departments in which the theses were conducted were evaluated, physical medicine and rehabilitation ranked first with 39.7%, followed by physiotherapy and rehabilitation with 15.9%, and psychology with 9.3%. CONCLUSION: Although notable advancements have been achieved in the diagnosis and treatment of fibromyalgia, further research is required to explore preventive measures, long-term prognoses, and multidisciplinary methods that can more effectively address the complex nature of the disorder. Focusing on these aspects will contribute to improving both comprehension and clinical management of fibromyalgia. Keywords : Fibromiyalji, içerik analizi, lisansüstü eğitim
