Abstract :The positive outcomes of the open heart surgery depend on application of successful surgical technique combined with nursing care during the postoperative phase. The aim of the nursing care after open heart surgery is to make stable of cardiovascular functions, to ensure and precipitate healing to improve life span and quality of life. Nursing care of patients requires well planned, detailed monitorisation and caring with advanced technology and modern knowledge saving
