Abstract :Postoperatü hipotermik hastayı normal ısıya döndürmek birincil olarak hemşirelik sorumluluğudur. Tüm hastalara uygun tek bir ısıtma yöntemiyoktur. Hemşireler hipoterminin derecesine göre aktü internal, aktü external ve pasü external ısıtma yöntemlerini uygular. Fakat pekçok yoğun bakım ünitesinde standart ısıtma protokolü yoktur. Yeniden ısıtmanın zamanında ve uygun ısıtma yöntemleri ile yapılması hipotermi ve ısıtma yöntemlerine bağlı gelişebilecek komplikasyonları önler. Bu makalede; pos toperatif hipotermi de ısıtma yöntemleri ve bu yöntemler sonucu oluşan ısıtma komplikasyonları verilmiştir.
