Abstract :This article addresses hormone replacement therapy and its role in health care for the woman in mid life. Nor ma l physiologic changes of there productive tract that occur in midlife andand their related health concens are discussed. Hormon replacemenl therapy is presented, including the pros and cons of therapy with eslrogen alone and with the combination of estrogen andprogestcron.
