Abstract :Enuresis, mesane kontrolunun kazanıldığı yaştan sonra oluşan ve çocuğun İstemdışı olarak idrarını altına kaçırmasına denir. Enureslg. okul yaşlarındaki çocuklarda %8-10 oranında oluşur. Yatak ıslatmamn nedeni, organik olmaktan çok gelişimsel ve psikolojik orijinlidir.
