Abstract :It is surely beyond doubt that novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) has left its mark in history. The number of infected people has been increasing every single day because of the rapid rate of spread. The outbreak is at the top of both national and international agendas. However every agent is caught unprepared and there is still no certain cure. Outbreak has already economic, political, sociological, psychological and also environmental consequences. The aim of this paper is to reveal preliminary economic indicators of the novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) outbreak in order to shed light on future research. As the outbreak induced the ethical issues to be questioned, the paper revisits Asian Disease Problem which examines the importance of framing effect in decision-making processes.
