Abstract :Employees\\\' perceptions of equitable treatment and their voluntary contributions to their work naturally increase productivity and motivation in the workplace. This study explores the relationship between employees\\\' perceptions of organizational justice (OJ) and their exhibit of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Another objective of this research is to analyze interactions among sub-dimensions of OCB exhibited by employees, such as conscientiousness, altruism, and courtesy. Our research results revealed a statistically significant, moderately positive correlation between OJ and OCB. These results support the \\\"honeymoon effect\\\" trend previously identified in the literature.
